Jason wins BFL, Lake of the Ozarks

Jason of Weast of Macks Creek, Mo., caught a 5-bass limit weighing 19 pounds, 7 ounces Saturday, May 1, 2010 to win $3,889 in the FLW BFL Ozark Division tournament on Lake of the Ozarks. He was throwing crawfish to bag his limit.

Tommy Lowery of Ofallon, Mo., caught a 5-bass limit weighing 14 pounds, 14 ounces Saturday, May 1, 2010 to win $1,944 in the FLW BFL Ozark Co-angler Division on Lake of the Ozarks. Lowery was using baby brush hogs in 4-5 feet of water to catch his sack.

The next BFL Ozark Division tournament is scheduled for May 22, at Table Rock Lake in Branson West, Mo. After the fifth Ozark Division tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and co-anglers based on point standings will qualify for the Regional Championship at Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas, on Oct. 14-16, for a chance to win a 198VX Ranger boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard and a Chevy pick-up, co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
