Member Spotlight
In an effort to bring you, the Ultimate Bass community, the best articles and information that we can, the editorial staff has revived some signature topics and initiated some new ones. Of course, the staff here hopes that the return of Member Spotlight, in conjunction with the newly-created Resort Report and Sponsor Spotlight, will only add to what is already a great bass fishing community here at Ultimate Bass.
In the past, Member Spotlight highlighted individual members on the site who have experiences or accomplishments to share with all of us. The format of the ongoing series will ask members about their daily lives as well as their fishing exploits. Though everyone is eligible to be included in the Member Spotlight, the senior staff here at Ultimate Bass will choose a member monthly to be interviewed. It is with the greatest hope that much of the interview can be conducted via email, and to intrude as little as possible in a member’s life.
Resort Report is my own little brainstorm. I hope that the series will focus on prime bass fishing resorts across the country and Mexico. I hope to ask significant questions and obtain substantial information that members and guests can access if they plan on making an out-of-state trip to one of these resorts. I highly doubt the series will run monthly, but I hope that in time it will cover three to six resorts a year.
Another feature that the editorial staff will bring you in the coming months is the Sponsor Spotlight. Of course, Ultimate Bass is privileged to have great sponsors of the site like Keel Shield, Geneva Enterprises, and Legend Boats. But in an effort to give more exposure to these sponsors as well as give the reader an insight to who our sponsors are, we felt that truly putting them in the spotlight was necessary. The editorial staff hopes to introduce these individuals to the readers so that they seem like members of the Ultimate Bass family.
As always, we are working very hard to bring you the best of the best here at Ultimate Bass. We appreciate your membership here, and hope that you will enjoy the new and the old which we have to offer.
