WASHINGTON, Mo. Bass Edge television host Aaron Martin and Elite pro Dave Wolak find the bass exploding on the surface of Lake Murray near Columbia, S.C. Feb. 26-28 and May 28-30 on Outdoor Channel. Bass Edge can be seen at 8 a.m. EST Thursdays, 9 a.m. Fridays and 2:30 p.m. Saturdays.
“Lake Murray is an anglers dream. We were able to target bass in a variety of ways and experienced some of the best schooling action of the year,” said Martin.
Wolak, who has enjoyed two, top ten finishes in major tournaments on Lake Murray in recent years, said he was ready to let the good times roll when he returned to film the show. The reward of catching some of the bass off-guard and triggering explosive strikes is worth a trip to Lake Murray anytime. Variety is the spice of schooling bass — change constantly and think out of the box to trigger strikes.
