2012 Lady Bass Classic Field Set

(Guntersville, AL) – Preparations are underway for the second annual Lady Bass Anglers Association (LBAA) Lady Bass Classic. The 2012 Lady Bass Classic is set for Alabama’s Lake Guntersville on October 11, 12 and 13. The field is comprised of 26 anglers – 13 pro anglers and 13-co-anglers each of them vying to become the 2102 champion in their respective division.

Twelve anglers in each division qualified based on the points they earned in the LBAA 2012 regular tournament season, which was made up of four tournaments. Then a 13th angler in each division was drawn from remaining anglers who met certain criteria.

Each pro division competitor will attempt to coax their limit of five bass from the waters that are confined by Guntersville’s 75-miles of shoreline. Co-anglers will be striving to catch their limit of three bass from Guntersville.

These 26 anglers will also be trying to win the Legend Big Bass award in their respective divisions.

The 2012 LBAA Lady Bass Classic will be held on Alabama’s Lake Guntersville October 11-13 and each day’s competition will run from `safe light’ until 3 PM CST. All launches and weigh-ins will take place at the Bucky Howe Ramp. The ramp is located in the Bucky Howe Park on Route 1 in Guntersville just down from the Val Monte Resort.
