Ranger 175VS Recessed Trolling Motor Tray

Ok, anyone have Ranger 175, 178, 185, 188, 195, or similar that has done your own recessed trolling motor install?  I am looking for any advice and/or pictures.

No, not yet.  Still debating it.  Had another job chance (in a positive direction) and havent had a chance to fish much or touch the boat.
