Recessed trolling motor pedal tray

I do not have a recessed pedal tray
In my Tracker PT175. I have looked at both BassPros Everything Bass Flat Foot and the Comfortroll models.   Anyone have either of these ?  Wondering how hard/easy they are to install or pluses or minuses on either model.
