Do you have a Specific question concerning the situation?  I have both of my batteries hooked in parallel, in the back, with wires running to the front.  I also have a on-board charger to each battery.  I installed a connector between the batteries that I unplug when charging, to keep from overamping them.

BOATS

They do make altenators for that small of an engine, if you went that route you would then need something like the minn kota dc charger running from it to charge your batteries while the motor is running, but you would probably be better off just plugging a charger to them after a days use with an onboard or mobile charger.

Your motor either has a charging circuit or it doesnt. Youll have to look at the owners manual, or look it up online to see.  A charging circuit is not vital though, though as long as your pull rope works.  Jim

Are you asking to charge your TM batteries with your 6hp motor? or how to charge them with an onboard charger?

If your motor is a pull start only motor that and bassindude stated it could be set up with a charging circuit if it was also offered with electric start.  If you want to place an onboard charger on it so you can just plug it in at the end of the day you can pick on up from bps, cabalas, academy or most any marine dealer.  You can get a single bank, two bank, three bank or four bank charger all depends on if you want to charge 1,2,3 or 4 batteries.

Good Luck however you want to go.
