Hey guys,   just had a question on triton tr-186 boats.  I see a lot of them for sale around the 2000-2003 year. Is there anything wrong with them in this year range or is it just the size were its a little to small for a "lifetime" boat. But yet its a good first time boat? Haha hope u guess kno what I mean! Thanks kb

My guess is there were a lot of them sold. The Tr-18 is a very popular boat.

R they over all a pretty solid boat? What bout the tr-19?

BOURBON83

I just recently bought a 2005 tr 186 limited edition. I love it. rides nice very stable and ton of storage and looks slick. Make sure you get one alredy setup with jackplate, Dual hydraulic steering.
Keep your line wet and never stop casting.

Ya for sure bourbon83, just from what I've read on he with other guys boats chine walking and performance, definately a must!

Cass Caldwell

I've had two of them.  First one was an 01 and second one was an 05.  Loved both of them, they ride very stable and smooth.

smokey bear is correct KoreanBassmaster, there was a lot of them sold. Around here in West Central Alabama I have seen well over 50 plus TR-18's and even more TR-19's. Triton sold a good many of those boats.

Chine walk is a process and gateway to  PoPo alarming type speeds.   Learn to tame the mustang (CW) you will be rewarded if top end speed.   ;) :) ~cf
