Im heading out next week to Lake O, out of Clewiston. was wondering if anybody knows of some good spots to try to fish with my son to give him a good day of fishing. also what are they hitting on besides shinners. are they still on beds or what other suggestions do you have.
someone told me west wall but couldnt tell me how to get there and any other places would be helpful.

It's on fire down there! A lot of the Elite guys were flipping dark jigs. Don't know where they are chewing but cover alot of ground and when you find a couple fish stay there. They are bunched up big time from what I hear. Not sure if they are still spawning but my guess would be no with the warm winter and all. Good luck and let us know how you do!

I am getting ready to head down there myself in the next couple of weeks so I would definitely be interested in what you find.    I have been looking at the water levels and they were over 13ft when the elite series was there and it is below 12 now.     Not sure if that is low enough to pull them all the way offshore but it is probably enough to stack them up on the outside edges of the grass line.
