It is a nice riding/running rig but it sucks fishing out of the back of it. We fished one afternoon for 3-4 hours and I was tired from all the walking to get from one side to the other  lo...man the rear deck on that thing is big. You need a bullhorn to talk to each other :roll2:

Take a kid fishing, the smiles are priceless!!!

From reading your various e-mails, I have to say you've got four keepers by my count. A super wife, 2 great kids, and a fine boat. P.S. Thanks for your service to our great country! MSG Retired USA.

Thanks everyone I some how managed to get lucky.  Got a great Dad that hooked me on fishing and a fantastic family that supports my habit.  ~c~

Sharp looking ride - I like the colors myself.  How has the Optimax been working??
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,

Nice boat Fogy!! 70 mph the fish wont be able to keep up with you ~roflmao

Ron Fogelson

Thanks Swede  I do like the Red & Black goes with my truck and personality  >:D  I love the Opti so far so good.  A strong motor, good on gas and easy on the oil.  I'm spinning a 25 pitch tempest and runs strong.

LOL  Kickinbass your right hard to troll at that speed but it is nice to not be the last one to my fishing holes any more.  I had a 1999 640 with a 75hp and felt like I might as well have been in a row boat fishing with folks around here.  Not no more let me tell you its nice to be the 1st one on point some times.

Thanks for the complement Nitroryan  '-{  I sure do love that boat.  :)  What BPS do you work at, are you here in the local area??

Harrisburg Pa.  Usually one day a weekend sometimes two, just enough to support my bad habits-hunting & fishing-but still have time for my wife & newborn baby girl.

Yep understand that, got a wife and 2 boys myself.  Between work and family commitments don't seam like I get enough time on the water.  :'(

Hi Fogy, nice pics.  ~sun I have an 04 929 w/225 optimax, but can only manage 65mph. I have a 3 blade prop, was wondering if a 4 blade would increase speed. What prop are you running?
