Yep got to get me some more of these plus the rubber pegs Ron was talking about in another thread. Other then that I am pretty much stocked up already on lures and such. Maybe new rain gear and hopefully before spring gets here, that Dobyns Frog Rod I have been wanted for over a year now.

Hum my 25 year anniversary is coming up in May. My wife has already informed me yet again for the 25th year in a row that this is not the New Bass Boat Anniversary, however maybe its the Dobyns anniversary. I'll ask when she gets home for I can never remember what the heck all these Anniversary's are suppose to be.  LMAO

The bait monkey down here is on vacation...he choked me out from black Friday to new years...but I do "need" a navionics card, a punch rod, some new cranks, few dozen bags of hooks, new tackle bag, ice chest live well, new battery, rod holder, and last but not least...a new prop!

Already been on my back, however I still need two more smoke reels, and two more Falcon Cara mg. Have had all my reels to PR for cleaning and tuning. Have already stocked up on PP SS, Trokar and RC2's. Have a hankering to get a Lakemaster chip, after spending some time with Dr. Bruce Sampson.

Will save a few dollars to spend at the Classic expo. Never been to one, However I believe there should be a few tackle deals available.

Bait monkey has been mostly docile recently. I think that's because the boat monkey has not only been on my back, but beating me over the head with a louisville slugger 

More repairs are on the way. If it doesn't bankrupt me I might get around eventually to get a chart plotter with down imaging. We'll see.

Im good for baits, i think...... but im wanting to upgrade my rods!  Already have one, now im trying to get a new setup for cat fishing! looking to spend about 50 on the reel and goona get an Ugly Stick i think for the rod.... dont know if i should go to wally world or Dicks.....

The bait monkey has been shouting at me!  I've bought some big 8" wooden Spook type topwaters lately for Striper fishing, and have been looking at some 12" shallow diver lures! 

My wife's been shouting at me too unfortunately about what I've been buying!

Last couple of years I have thrown mostly cranks, jerk baits and spinners. The bait monkey is telling me to stock up on plastics and go back to throwing more of that. Big worms deep and beavers, maybe some top water for fun.

Its all in the flipping and pitching Wildcat!!! I need several different colors in money craws for jig trailers, more baby brush hogs in 3 or 4 different colors, a spinnerbait box, another combo, 3 or 4 pckg of lizards and a few more things. I could keep going on and on and on... LOL

As a result of my latest post, I now have a laundry list of new plastics, crankbaits, lipless cranks, spinnerbaits, and any thing else you can throw at a bass. But it all needs to tuck neatly into about 6 Plano trays and a bag for the plastics.

I'll be darned if that Bait Monkey isn't a sneaky creature!  I just got back from BPS, went to just pick up a rod (replacing my flippin stick with something lighter).  There I was "just browsing" and walked around the corner and he knocked me flat on my back, twisted my arm, and made me buy 4 more things.
He told me the wife wouldn't mind because they are "necessities". 
Yea, he was WRONG,    I cannot believe I fell for it.  Now the wife informs me the Purse Monkey has come and is paying her a visit.

I usually have two of those monkeys riding with me when we drive down to San Antonio...the bait monkey always wants me to stop in  Cabelas and that dang purse monkey grabs the wheel as we pass the San Marco outlet mall....seems there is a Coach and Doney & Burke purse outlet there.....I alway say we don't have time but lose that battle everytime....

The monkey has already gotten me twice since the Holidays.  I found the original Lucky Craft RC square bills on sale for 10.99 so the monkey said order, order.  Then my local Dicks had a bunch of Rapalas on clearance and the monkey made sure they had a half off clearance sale going so we ended up with a bunch of x-raps and skitter pops.

Now he's telling me about that new t-rig rod and the new frog rod he says I need....not to mention the reels for said rods and while I'm at it why not upgrade a few other reels....oh yeah, almost forgot the monkey's cousin know as the outboard orangutan has been whispering to me as well

I went into town with my wife to get her new retainer...Well, while she was in the back, afore mentioned 'Monkey' approached me and told me to check out Academy, because just maybe there were some 'Trokars' left on clearance. 
Went to Academy and bought a years worth of 4/0 flippin' hooks as well as 4 boxes of 3/0 and 4/0 EWG worm hooks.  Well, then I was reminded that a few of my Plano boxes had broken latches, had to pick up a few of those.  While I was there, I saw some Zoom Lizards, brush hogs, and baby brush hogs I was almost out of, so of course 'Bait Monkey' tossed those in as well.  My wife said she thought the visit to the Orthodontist was gonna cost less, she almost had a fit when she saw me looking at some NEW LEW'S REELS...ole Bait Monkey wasn't fast enough for her on that one. (This time  ...)

Mine has been whispering "Curado 300, Curado 300. Come on, you need it to throw all those swimbaits you bought this winter". I started looking at them on Ebay and found them for $200, he almost has me convinced I need one

I though I had more swimbaits than I would ever use, then I started throwing an A-rig. I've used a few totes full this winter. Boat show in town this weekend I'm hoping on some bargin bins.
