Bassmaster University...anyone going???

I was thinking of going to the Bassmaster University class next weekend, with what little money Santa left me. Anyone else going from UB??

I went last year...and had a great time. Not a lot of real new info in the seminars but it great to hang out and have some great discussions with the pros...

I went last year as well. Will probably do it again in another year or so. Picked up a few tips and tweaked some techniques a little. Learned a lot about the pros equipment, and that made me rethink some of mine. I think you will enjoy it.

I went last year as well, I had a great time and did pick up a few tricks. Most of the stuff was things that I have read about or done over the years, and just got out of doing them. Brought back alot of things I had forgotten or overlooked over the years and made me start trying the old tricks again. I was thinking about going again this year, other than Ike and Pete, the rest of the speakers are different from last year. I am actually looking into finding a seminar on Electronics. I would like to spend a couple days with some Guru's and learn some new tips and tricks about those high dollar electronics on our boats and how to better use them.

I would like to find a siminar on electronics as well. Would also like to make the trip to Paul Elias structure school too.

I'll be there. I was not going until they annouced Scott Martin. I fish Lake Ouachita every summer and want to pick his brain a bit. I saw Roumbanis and Ish two years ago in Dallas. 3 out of 6 are different and Pete always does something different and unique.

What I like are the little things they share that make you say, wow why didn't I think of that. With all of the time they spend on the water versus the rest of us it is good.

See you there, I will be the big guy with white chin whiskers, probably in a Nitro hat or shirt.

well now not getting to go. on the other cheek. i'll be at Lake Ouachita fishing.....so not too terrible a trade off. E5Zero, i fish Ouachita quite a bit and grew up there so if you ever need any info let me know.

Not a bad trade off there. I will get in touch with you down the road. We camp at Big Fir and somehow my wife always picks a full moon to go. Talk to you later.
