Anyone read the little blurp in Bassmasters latest issue? They didn't go into any detail but said that a research has found something in Giant Salvania that can actually shrink tumors?

Just curious if I was in the dark in this and there is more news out there?

There are some articles about a Steven F. Austin professor doing research and found that it did shrink cancer cells without harming the normal cells.  The can get all they want for research material from Caddo and Bisteneau!

Bisteneau is going to be full of it again this summer...already seen entire pockets full of the shat.....we need some cold icy conditions!!!!

Better watch this one close Ron.... With your luck they will put your home lake off limits because our props are going to be cutting up their salvania Cancer Cure :surrender:

I was  also reading this in our little Oil City Newsletter. Looks like it's going to be a bad year with the Salvania around here this year, was on Hosston yesterday and the stuff was bad up on the bayou. No current to move it down lake and no water over dam to carry it away.

Maybe you'all will get lucky and they'll start harvesting it on a regular basis.  That would be a win win.  Jim
