Passing a course and actually doing it are 2 different things.. kind of like reading a drivers manual and taking the written test... Lots different when your out there driving around.

Sharon I know how to opperated a boat did it for several year when going to Canada but it was the ones with the handle on th emoter so eye could do one with a steering wheel too
