whats the entrance fee?

is it a team club me and my pops are lookin to get in a club we live in moultrie ga about 1 1/2 hrs away from tally so it wouldnt be hard to meet with yall for tourneys another question is how much would a fishing license for outta state freshwater for a year... thnks
