Stetson Pond- 8/21/11

Went to Stetson Pond in Hanson on an extremely muggy day. It was overcast when we got there and started fishing, but when the clouds cleared the heat added to the awful humidity. We tried a bunch of different baits; frogs, cranks, spinnerbaits, plastics. After a bunch of experimenting we found a drop off in the middle of the pond and started trolling it. I had a Zoom watermelon Brushhawg with a light weight. Dad was still using the frog but let it sink down 5 or 6 feet and reeled it very slowly. As soon as we found that spot we started banging them out. I got 6 bass, dad had 3.
