I,m old so any thing new would confuse me my ride is a 1977 ouchita 16 foot tri hull
with a 105hp chrysler outboard I bought new 37 years ago it has a live well ,I carry 12 gals
gas it has a fish finder and trolling motor it has never left me on the water and I,ve spent
less than 500 dollars on the motor oh yes for you speed guys it has a top speed of 49 mph bought it new for 2650.00

Tks and buddy you need to go ahead and get that recessed tray dropped in. I can't tell you HOW MUCH BETTER my legs, back feel after a day on the water. Operation of the trolling motor is so much easier also. I had it installed by the marine dealership while they were installing my Lock-Bar Security system also.

My "brand new" old boat

1990 Stratos 285
2005 Mercury 150 XR6, Tempest 23p
Minn Kota Maxxum 80lb

Going to get rid of it next year and get a bigger (20+ foot) boat. Seems I have gotten a few more things than I thought and don't quite have the room I once did.

Good looking 285 you got there Pcat! I think the same thing sometimes. Bigger, faster, newer, etc. Then I remember that the one I've got performs and runs well, catches fish, and best of all is paid for.

That's true with the 285's the front decks aren't very wide.

Just gotta do some tinkering with the motor n put my big screen tvs in there n she will be ready for flw bfl n flw rayovac in 2015

My favorite to when it runs right lol. Ive deove that 225 faster than them there black 250s lol was tokd I cld get upper 70s if I changed prop n set motor up right lol
