I guess some in MN are pessimistic about the odds of state govt being open for business as usual come Friday.  Fishing license sales are up in anticipation of a govt shutdown come Friday.  Licenses will not be sold if a shutdown becomes reality.

Sad state of affairs in MN.

State parks will all shut down if they don't compromise on a budget. Tourism will be affected and many summer vacations will be ruined
