Anyone started catching bream on the river yet?

We were on the river bass fishing Saturday and got into one area on back side of Caspiana and the bream were hitting our worms pretty good...think they may have been trying to bed up there...It was way around on the back near where that old colvert comes into the lake there...

My neighbor hit them every year. I dont know where he goes but they catch a pile. he said he's getting ready to go.
If you cast it. They will come.

Thanks Scottie.  That's one of the spots I usaually find them.  Good to know they may be in there now.  My daughters are all grown up now, but I still like to try to take them for some bream every now and then.  Maybe this weekend ...

If you're going soon you may want to take a few shinners or a white beetle spin...was out there today in Caspiana and brought home 27 perch...many were caught on shinners but caught 10 or 12 on that beetle spin after I ran out of shinners...  :)

That's sounds fun too.  I have beetle spins!
