Anyone going to be on Toledo this week?

I will be on Toledo Monday - Sunday of this week. Fishing and observing the Elite pros. Is anyone else planning to be there? Send me a PM with your cell number and we can trade fishing updates throughout the week and maybe we can meet up. Have a good week everyone while i'm on vacation.

I will be bringing my three year old son to catch a few bream, and possible watch the weigh in.  What else is going taking place on Saturday, that we might enjoy?  He is obsessed with fishing, as am I, so we're just looking to have a good time while on the Bend.

I'll be up there Thursday evening thru Sunday.  Gonna be following some guys to do some photos for Toyota and then maybe catch the weigh-ins.  Looks like it's shaping up to be a good event.  I bet they catch em.

Express, Saturday & Sunday they are supposed to have a "children's festival".  They will have a bouncing house, art projects, face painting, etc.  They are also supposed to have a band and fireworks Saturday night.

I had a fantastic week fishing, observing and going to the weigh-in each day. The crowds at the weigh -in were unbelievable. I heard someone say they were the biggest of the year so far!!!!!!!! I also heard over 2500 on Saturday...not sure about Sunday, but it looked bigger.

I caught 20-30 fish a day Monday - Thursday. Thursday was my best day with four of the fish going 4-5lbs each. I quit fishing by 1:00pm on Thursday - Saturday and did not fish Sunday to go to church and watch weigh-in and bring my girls to the festivities. I caught most of my fish brush hogs, jigs and spinnerbaits in 1 - 5ft of water. Some caught on long points chasing shad and some caught sight fishing.


My best 5 for the week looked like this:
Monday - 12-13lbs
Tuesday - 14-15lbs
Wednesday - 10-11lbs
Thursday - 21-22lbs
Friday - 11-12lbs
Saturday - 9-10lbs
