Got my license for 2006 yesterday and it cost $34.90, I can't believe it.

IS THAT JUST FOR THE BASIC CA LIC, OR DOES IT INCLUDE THE $13.50 FOR THE BASE? IF JUST BASIC.........MAN WHAT AN INCREASE!!!!!

Just a CA license. I'm not sure if I'll get the base one this year, Have to wait and see.

How much was it last year?? I always thought it was almost $50 bucks when you add in the base stamp??

I think it was 33.35. Since it's 34.90 this year that's a 5% increase, you know the inflation rate is only around 3%. Won't be long before it's $100.
