Another one in the books and the southern boys take the trophy

Another great UBCS is in the books and the Lock Jaw Bass Club wins it for the fourth year in a row. This one ties it up and makes for a great tournament next year. TCTC did a great job as usual putting this one on. The food, people, stories, and everything thats goes on was awesome. Thanks to all those that put this together this year. We are already planning next year so that we can keep this tournament one of most memorable tournaments out there. Needless to say I had a great time and always look forward to the following year. I will post some pics as soon as I get them loaded. Tabby has some great pics and I'm sure she will be posting soon.

Want to say thanks to everyone up North as well, ya'll always do a fine job of putting together a great tournament. We all look forward to getting together with ya'll for some good times, great food and good stories.

Had a great time and Bob and I were glad we could help Lock Jaw take home the trophy. We are already looking forward to next year. I'd also like to thank all who made this event possible and Mother makes the best Potato Salad ever. Great Job everyone.

We had a blast as usual! It was Great being on a Small lake, we got to visit as much on the water as we did at camp.

As usual My Tourney days Sucked, and had a Great Prefish. I think someone from down south went and put a Hex on me. $:-\$ At least we took Pics of the prefish this time. I think Next year I am not going to Prefish I am just going to Stick every fish I can before the shootout, because this shaking them off thing isn't working.

Congrats to LOCKJAW! Y'all had the right part of the lake on LOCKDOWN ! It was good to laugh like that Friday and Saturday evening! The food was outstanding ! I am on a weight loss program and I had lost 26 pounds in the last two and a half months.... I came home and I found out I am 4 pounds heavier than when I LEFT!

The food was outstanding! I laughed more in two evenings than in the last two years of my life combined ...thanks to a few LOCKJAW boys. Will gladly attend next year.

What goes on at the UBCS stays at the UBCS.

I'm sure after the 1st 2 minutes Gail met Lock Jaw her life changed. She may never have the same outlook on people again.

Ken get that gas line fixed boy.

Big D Basser how did it feel to be in the great state of Louisiana ( Not everything is bigger in Texas)

Bass Sacker good to have met you. Don what can I say other than it was a pleasure meeting you and look forward to having you over again in the future. Lodonna I'm sorry on behalf of Lock Jaw that you had to hear the things you did Friday night.

I would also like to appologize to the people in the two bachelorett parties we crashed Friday night. Thier lives may never be the same.

It was a great time and pleasure spending time with all that was there.

Why on earth would you want a picture of a gar fish...... You set a record for how long it takes to get a fish out of a net.....

Don and Gail, we were very excited to have you come to the UBCS, we know that with your limited leave time back to the states there surely were other things you could have done but you came to meet us all and that is just awesome!

I'm glad to have met Big D & Bob, Don & Gail and Ken & Ladonna so glad you have goined the UBCS family, thats what we have become over the years hope to see you next year! I'd like to thank every one from TCTC for putting on an awesome tournament you guys really put out a good effort on door prizes and the food was damn good! I'd like to thank Steve for the Mickey real my nephew will like that. I'm a little pissed at Laurie for not cleaning the trophy this year but I'll get over that LOL! Once again I met a lot of good people and wish we could've stayed an extra few days.

Way to go LOCK JAW!

As always D, the boys and I all had a blast, sure was nice to catch up and visit with not just the LJ team but Shawn & Tabby, Don & Gail, Ken and LaDonna along with the TCTC team. No Fogy fire this year was to hot

but the cold drinks and great food sure went well with all the fishing and BSing around the camps.

Thank You for once again making the UBCS the main event we look forward to each year.

Yep, hopefully Tab will get all the Pics downloaded today. I think we took something in the neighborhood of 180+ pics.

When you have a combination of a slimy fish, teeth, and treble hooks all tangled in the net it takes a while to get it it out with causing injury to one self.

The real question is how do you shear off your prop shaft in a wide open lake. $:-\$ Mercury setting the water on fire. Yeah one prop shaft at a time.

lol..That was Tabby and myself!!! we thought it would make a GREAT PRIZE!! Had we known you were gonna win it, would would have gotten you that pink Barbie one instead!! You should have seen us hiding it in our Bass Pro basket while Dewight and David were with us!! lol..that is how we ended up paying for Shawn's stuff, at least that is what i think happened!!

Ken and I had such a great time! Even with this horrible sunburn, lol. I will never forget this experience and am looking forward to many years with all of ya'll!! Everyone has stories and we all love to share them, but I will say, my two personal ones I'm still telling tales on myself for is:

my sleeping fish catching one!! and those that did not hear that story, you missed out, it was good!!

but I think I have laughed more at the end when it was only a few of us left and I pointed out the fact that our little bag put Lockjaw on top cause had we fished with TCTC as orginally planned that they would have had those few pounds and Lockjaw wouldnt. And Cork says, well, Ken has over $7500 in electronics on his boat but he is TOO CHEAP to pay the membership fee to TCTC to help them win!! It was the greatest thing ever said!!! THANKS MIKE FOR THAT LAUGH!!!

But especially thanks to EVERYONE who welcomed us and made us feel like we have been a part of this since the beginning..you guys are awesome, cant wait til next year..i will bring lots of sunblock lol

Zuk, I was just the delivery man but it sure was fun seeing that look on your face!

Congrats to Lock Jaw as y'all brought in some great stringers!

I'd also like to congratulate Barry and Trey on thier 1st place win in thier first UBCS!

Great food, great people, cold beer, great story's, good fishing. What a great time. Miss y'all already cant wait till next year. Thanks to TCTC for putting on a awesome tournament and everytime I wear my little orange vest and blow my fish whistle I will think of the time we beat y'all in Grand Bayou.
