Just got off the phone w/Skeeter 27 (called from the lake). He said there's gonna be a big tourney at orange next Saturday w/over 80 boats ~xyz. We might want to start thinkin about changing our location. Lockloosa/Sampson/etc??? He's going to check out Lochloosa's ramp on the way home and give us a report. What say you folks?
I'd rather b fishin!!!

Well we just got off the water here at Orange. Talked to some guys this morning launching. They are having a club tournament with 80-90 BOATS next Saturday . Launching for us will be horrible if not impossible depending where you are in line. Fishing wasn't the greatest. I personally had three for three pounds  today and my partner Nada.  The lake is real low and all the pads are in about a foot of water.  Mark and I drove by lochloosa and the ramp was dry . So can't launch there . We might want to consider rodman. No lines and probably have the lake to ourselves. Orange will be bad. Just food for thought . What's everyones thoughts ??

I just checked the FBN website....their tournament schedule shows a club tournament at Rodman next weekend, safe light to 3:00pm...also reports from Sampson talk about "the sandbar"...that's probably the one at the exit of the channel...we could either delay a week or just pick a river...St. Johns??....

Tide is right for the St. Marys.Low tide at 12:30 Kings Ferry,Altahama is at 9.37 Ft. at Everett, I'm not sure if thats good or not. Dr's Lake , Rodman is also fine.

FBN North and another club are fishing Rodman out of Kenwood on the 26th... Anyone for Crescent or the mighty ST Johns River???

Just something more to think about...if we keep the tournament in Florida, I believe we are too late to get a waiver...just something to think about...
