Got church on sunday and I am pretty sure I have to work again this weekend. SO, no Orange Lake for me.

Lake is SHHHHALLOW!!! Water in the main lake is pea soup green and there's no hydrilla to be found. Saw one guy using a push pole to get his boat off the bottom in the channel leading out from Heagy bury. Getting on plane can be tricky but coming off can be even trickier.

The skeg hitting bottom slows you down real quick!

The bottom (where you can see it) looks like a one foot layer of crap covered with muck. Makes throwing my DD22+ really hard!!!

Caught a couple keepers and a few toothy critters. I did hear about a couple guys weighing in an 8 pounder in the tourney they were having.
