The wife and I have one (C1) for the 16th and 17th but the other 2 nights were already booked so we need one for Friday and Saturday nights and would like to not have to move from the one we are already staying in.

Ok D, the boys and I will be in our camper so no need for a cabin for us.
Shawn and Crash have gotten a small cabin so no need to find them room.

Ken and Ladonna I think you guys only havea small cabin on the 16th & 17th so I believe you will have to move for the 18th & 19th but if you have a lodge there should be no need to make you all move we will adjust the set ups around you.

Ron,

I have a cabin reserved for the 16th and 17th.
We would like to be able to keep our cabin throughout the event also.

I've talked with BassBuff via email this morning and will get back with him in reference to the lodge.

But if at all possible Gail and I would like to keep the cabin till the morning of the 21st.

Whatever yall do don't cancell any cabins. We booked the last two cabins they had sometime back when they announced it being at Grand Bayou. We also booked two camper sites, Dwight and I will have our campers there. I'm just worried those small cabins won't be enough for our guys.

Jared, do your guys have the small cabins booked? If so Donald Garner needs one? Thinking that if your guys let one go at the same time Donald is trying to get it (Timing will be everything here) then we could set your boys up with one of the big cabins and Donald could get the smaller one

Mike,

I sent BassBuff a PM this morning indicating Gail and I would be good staying in the lodge during the shoot out. I asked him to see if we could move into the lodge on the 16th and stay till the 21st. This way we wont' have to move twice. If he could get us into the lodge on the 16th and were able to stay till the 21st this would free up the cabin I now have reserved.

I got a cabin reserved for the 16th and 17th but will have to move out on the 18th.

I also rather just stay in the same cabin and not have to move , got one reserved for the 16th and 17th already .

Lets get everyone down who plans on staying then we can work out the cabin arrangements. I think a big cabin would work great for us but lets check and see what all yall need. My main concern is that everybody has a place to sleep.

Mike has a good idea! We might be able to swap that around if the numbers work. How many folks do you have Jared? What cabins (and dates) do you have reserved?

this is getting messed up. Got my invoice today. Tab and I are booked 15th- 20th in C1. I guess we will have to call them to make sure Ken & us are not double booked in this cabin.

We are not , I thought there were more than one small cabin and they were called C1's

i think we have cabins c-4 and c-5. I'm thinking we are gonna have a minimum of 16 people with a possiblity of 20 to 24.

No one has said to me that there is room for my partner and I as of today. Can someone confirm rather there is room for us or do we need to start looking for another motel in the area.

That's 20 folks as of today. I count 4 couples; Mike & Laurie, Ken & Ladonna, Don & Marla, Don & Gail. Is this correct?

Everyone needs to post ASAP if they're coming and need accomodations!! I'm going to wrap this up after Feb 7.

Hey now, I got them booked isn't that enough. We're dealing with sleeping arrangements now. I know, we'll just assign everyone numbers 1 - 6 and that will be where you stay.

Seriously, I'm sure it will all come together. I get back in a month to help.
