New End of year Proposal

I would like to have my idea of the gaston trip added to the voting.  I have talked with several members who like the idea more than that of a tournament.  For those who don't know what I am talking about I had suggested that the club pay for the trailers for a weekend at Gaston in the spring for us to have our tournament at.  It would just be a normal tournament. but give everyone a chance to just hang out and have fun.

Again, I bring up the point I made about the points that we fish for all year long for .  If we don't have some reward other than a plaque, then the points become unimportant and when that happens then you will see the participation in the tounaments drop off more and more as the year goes on.  We have to keep some kind of incentive for being in the top 6, 8 or 10 whatever.  Now that we will not be fishing the state tournament, this would be a good time of the year to go to Gaston for the weekend, but I don't think the club should pay for it.  This should be available to the members who would want to go for the weekend.
