Some have shown concern over the first tournament being the same day as the Boat Show tournament, which is a scramble.  Caddo is a very popular lake in January.  So, do we feel the need to switch lakes, fishing Black Bayou Hosston in January and Caddo in February?  Voting ends Saturday, and each member gets one vote (up to 2 votes per team)

Just to let ya'll know...we will have 60+ boats (this is a combo tourney with TX Poormans) and 20-30 boats from the "50 and Over Club" will also be using the EG Williamson Ramp.  I saw that your schedule says the State Park, but just making sure that you are referring to the State Park in Uncertain, Texas.  The ramp before you get to Oil City, EG Williamson, is a Caddo Parish Park.

I guess we will just have to move up to shady acers. I prefer that launch anyway just hate to make people pay to launch.

Perfect example why I don't like changing the schedule.  60+ boats is more than I would expect from the boat show.  I am seriously considering going back to the original schedule.  Thanks for the info FSF

Most of your boatshow folks will be launching at several different launches around Caddo, also many will be going to other lakes.  I've already been in contact with Hershel White (50 & Over TD) and we've decided to alter our weigh-in times as to not cause a cluster ^-^ at the ramp for weigh-in.  I like ya'lls original schedule and was hoping to fish Caddo on Jan 29th with you, as I don't fish ANY of the tournaments associated with that boat dealer by the Jimmy Davis Bridge.  Any way that you can change it back to Caddo and do it the week before the boat show tourney?  You would probably pick up a lot more of the boat show folks that would be willing to fish with you, while prefishing the boat show tourney...just an idea.

Ok, due to concern with bigger conflict, we have gone back to our original schedule
