Let's see,I've been bass fishing for the last 10 years.I like fishing the Mississippi lakes because I know them well.I've fished the Red River in Louisiana.I just got through with a week on Lake Murray.It was like fishing in an aquarium.It was tough,but we caught fish everyday.Finally got turned on to them and what they were doing right before tourney's end,but that's the way it goes sometimes.Hope your site will help me learn some new tactics.

Hey everyone! My name is Oscar Jackson and I am from South Carolina. I fish lake wateree a good bit, it's only a couple of miles to get there. I just started bass fishing last summer with my son at the take a child fishing tournament at clearwater cove marina. We did it again this year and I can say we enjoy the bass fishing. We didn't place too good but we placed. 23rd the 1st time out of 90 something boats and 55th the 2nd time out of 118 boats I think. Beginners, lol! So any advice to help us catch the big ones will be greatly appreciated.

My name is "Craig". I am a retired fire fighter. I have entered Red Man Bass Tournaments starting in 1986 fishing in the Michigan Division. They switched over to the BFL and I continued fishing those tournaments. My best finish was 3rd place on Muskegon Lake. I was on the State Team in 1992 for the Michigan Bass Federation when our team won the northern divisional. I did not fish too much after 1999 and sold my boat. A couple of years ago I found a nice 519 SVS Ranger 20' 6" with a Mercury 225 EFI and drove down to Hendersonville, NC and bought it. I have only entered one tournament, a BFL down in the Detroit River since then and have just been fun fishing ever since.

Well my name is Jeremy....but you can call me JJ. I live in east texas and fish as much as possible. I live about 15 minutes from Lake of the Pines so right now that's usually where ya can find me. Fishing in the BFL this year and learning everytime i hit the water. this is the first year to try out a circuit and i hope to continue to fish different circuits and move up the food chain a little.

Hello All...my name is Justin Mayers and I am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am 23 and just recently got married 4 months ago in February. I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and now work at Hancock Bank as a Trust Operations Tech. As far as fishing, I fish mostly the Atchafalaya Basin, False River, Lake Concordia, Lake Henderson, and Lake St John...all in Southern Louisiana. My name is Gary and I live near Toronto, Canada. Bass season is just about to start up here and I cant wait.
All of my fishing time for the last few years has been with my two younger sons other than an occasional trip for Muskie with my father. When I am fishing with the kids I get to have my lure in the water about 10% of the time because the rest of the time is spent untangling, re worming, breaking up arguements etc.

Well I finally got them both out casting topwater lures in the evening last year. As luck would have they both managed to bring in a small bass and are no longer in trying to see who can get the most sunfish.

This means I get to go fishing

I'm not really a novice to fishing , I just picked-up the sport again. I quit fishing to work , to support my family. So, when my kids were old enough...I started fishing again
