Unfortunately, I didn't catch a bass in February, but I did manage 4 bass yesterday in the blustery cold.  Took me about 1.5 hours to catch the first one, and then I banged three more in about 15 minutes.  Even that action couldn't warm my hands though, and I was off the lake after about 3 hours.

I'm just about all settled in Virginia. Bought a boat, 06 Basscat with a 225 merc opti. Haven't been out yet because of work but plan on sticking some fish real soon.

Hey Joe!

Picked up the boat from the shop on Tuesday, and will replace Tm cables and drop motor (1/4") today, as well as load it, and spool up rods.  Heading to Grand in OK, in 13 days.

Probably will fish some Sat.

The bite is on here in Florida. I'm down here for a little vacation and the weather is perfect. Some really big fish are being caught.

It sucks learning a new area having become so familiar with all those pretty decent iow-missou lakes. Gotta find my niche here in VA. We have some pretty good river fisheries.
