What are the start and end times for Reeves evening tournament tonight

It has been a while since I fished one of these and I am not sure what time check in, start and end.  Can someone fill me in

The one tonight is on the red at the red river south marina.  Check in starts around 4:00, and you can blast off at 4:30.  Start time is 5:15 with last cast probably around 8:45.  The scales will close around 9:30.
