River Bend Marina (old Clark's)

River Bend Marina (aka clarks) is now open for business. They opened today and said their kitchen should be open by next week. Boat Launch is $5, first thought was a little high but better than launching at RRS and burning more fuel. They said they wanted to be open for the oilmen's tourney so people could launch. Be careful running out of here can't go the old route of straight out and cut left till you hit the rocks. As soon as you leave the launch go left and follow the white PVC poles they have and then run along the rocks to main river. For those who like to go in that first rock cut be careful if you go left once inside there is a huge sand bar inside now.

Todd, we need to quit work, by a shack, move the family's down there and ~~fish all~~ I mean run the marina.

Scott Dickson is the new owner and he has another guy running the marina but can't recall his name. Scott is also the one who has the camp on the river you can see from the Jimmy Davis bridge.

yay I can get in the river and fish good spots without taking thirty minutes to get there :D

Lauched there yesterday. The store is pretty empty right now? They fixed some of the loose boards on the dock but didn't add any rub rail material. Did notice all the cabins are gone.

Seen all the cabins posted on Craigs List awhile back...

I launched there yesterday and it was pretty good, Chuck was cool an they re-did the builing, repainted it, and re did the roof. When I was there they getting the kitchen ready for this weekend. Hopefully there meals will be just as good
