Snagged with Braid?

Didn't see this posted anywhere so........

Was replying to a post and realized another tip I used. All of us that use braid know what it's like to be snagged and not be able to pull it or break it lose. Try this, next time you snag up so bad you can't get it off, don't wrap your hands in it, instead wrap it around a cleat on the boat a few times (actually criss cross wrap it about 6 times) and kick the trolling motor on away from the snag. Either you'll bring the snag with you, straighten the hook, or break the line off.

Now that would be a sight to see lol, but if i was fishing from shore I wouldn't be using braid lol
