Anyone willing to share their setup for a 2010 TR18 Pro with 150 Opti, T&H Manual JP and 23P Tempest Plus. The rig doesn't have a water pressure gauge, so I don't want to get too crazy on jacking but a baseline propshaft height would be helpful. Thanks.

Without a water pressure gauge it could be tricky to get it fine tuned. I would set it at 2 3/4" below pad, that is normal starting point on Tritons so it would be a safe height to insure you keep the 15-18 PSI that you need for that Merc.

did the boat come with a jackplate ?     i'm very interested in your setup as i have 09      18 explorer hp 150 efi merc.

Yes, dealer installed T&H 6 manual. Lot's of room for adjustment up though.

please keep me informed of your progress . the dealer gave me a 6 " jp and a 21 tempest and i have not installed either  because of a memorial tournament monday  i am going to change the prop first . i will let you know the outcome.    jerry

I think your going to be way underpitched with that 21 Tempest. Your going to be all over the rev limiter.

i think so too,  but i want to be careful about spending his money as well as my own.
