Noxin or anywhere fishin is starting

Can anyone give me a report on Noxin, or anywhere in Montana that Ice is off and fishing is good. I went to the salmon the last two fridays and caught good steelhead, but the river is muddy this week and no fish. Will need to wait a couple of weeks for the dead water to go out.
