So what about doing a pool for the biggest bass of the year that is weighed in.

I am just brain storming, as I am bored and tierd of looking at snow, and it just started.

That could be a idea to throw around ! Question where will it come from potomac or upper  bay?

More specific, My boat, from the Northeast River, on a Ikey Head with a Zoom finesse worm.   I love that idea, big bass for the year, big bag for the year, and maybe since we are at Lapidum alot, big smallie for the year.  Im super impressed with this club so far, great ideas guys, keep em coming, the more little twists we have, that much more fun for us!

I say.......

Make it a trophy or plack(sp)........

If the person doesnt doesnt want the plack they have a cash option for the amount that the plack cost. 50 bucks or so?

Or we can just have a optional pool and whoever wants in throws in 20 bucks or so. Winner takes all...............  ~shade

:-\ ...................... Its an option

I think we should do it like a side pot for the first year. We have alot of fees coming up since we are a start up. Lets say that 10 people throw in $20 for big fish of the year, thats $200 for one person on the side at the end of year.

Can you beleive in 6 weeks we will be fishing.  It's hard to believe with 3 feet of snow on the ground.

Your right about that! I'm curious to see what all of the post snow melt flooding is going to do to the grass on the flats and potomac. I hate grass but it is vital to keeping a healthy fishery. What ever grass isn't washed away will surely be affected by high, cold muddy water.
