In my G3 1548 I have a Humminbird 550 on the front deck.
I have an Eagle Cuda 330 and Humminbird Super 60 Flasher mounted in the back.

My Stratos 285 Pro XL has matching Lowrance X 51's in it.  One on the front deck
the other is mounted in the dash at the driver's console.

I've never had problems with any of them.

I'm running a Lowrance 520c on the console with a 102c up front. I've been real happy with both of them.

Crankshaft

I use an HDS5 on the console with structure scan and a 332C on the bow.  Been happy with both with the exception of structure scan with a 5...images are too small for my eyes.

HDS-7 on the console (upgraded from an LX-17)...LMS-480 on the bow...

all Lowrance all the time for me..

'next' boat, I'll move the HDS-7 to the bow and put an HDS-8 on the console...I'm guessing..

Just installed Lowrance HDS-5's at the bow and at the driver's console.  Used them for the first time the other day, and they worked great!  ~c~  Massive improvement over the monochrome low-res 3" unit I was using before.

Right now I have a 332C at the helm and an X135 at the bow.  But those will both be HDS units in the near future.

I have 2 Lowrances.  An LMS 332 at the bow and an X25 at the console.  I'm considering upgrading to at least of the new HD units

A few of you have indicated similar setups, and Im trying to understand why you would want to do it this way.  I would think you would want the bigger screen on the bow and the smaller on the dash, since your eyes are closer to the dash, you should be able to see the smaller screen easier.
Just curious why?

speaking just for me...

I'll typically have more screen 'splits' on the console as I'm moving around...one screen for the 'trail/GPS position' view...another for the traditional bottom/depth...

at the bow I'm usually already 'on the spot' and wanting to fish more 'specific'..like a brush pile in deep water...and for my way of thinking...I'm always looking for ways to reduce clutter at the 'business section' of my boat...

I've got a Lowrance 332C at my console hooked up to a new LGC 4000 antenna, and a Lowrance 320 flushed in the bow.  Man, I can't even begin to tell ya'll how much of a difference that new 4000 antenna makes over the original one that came with that 332C!!!!!
