"Team Outcast" – A Harford County, Maryland based club where the members work as a team to help each other become better bass fishermen and more competitive on the other tours that they fish. Primary tournament waters include Western Shore launches of the Upper Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River. Our priorities are as follows -

1.Have fun
2.Learn from each other
3.Friendly Competition
