Here are the choices for a Aug 9 fruitjar. I want what everyone else wants!!!!! I will give it three days and then put up the top two lakes for a 2 day vote unless a single lake is a blow out.

I will post the rules when the lake is decided on....it will be a team tournament and entry will be $20.00 a boat (single or team) and $5.00 Big Bass per a person.

BE ADVISED!!! Caddo has risen 1-2 feet with all the rain. The grass mats that were there sunday are now submerged grass flats. It's crazy.

Does anyone know if Hosston is even fishable.

I do not mind fishing in tough grass but back in June it was as bad as I have ever seen it.

The water on Caddo was REALLY muddy where i was fishing. We did find some clear water though.

Caddo has not come up that much, not 2 foot. It did come up maybe 1/2 a foot to just under a foot. I placed a marker at the water line this evening and will post in the morning just how much more it comes up. I do this for PAPA at his request.

Remember you are on the main lake. I was in the river. It has rose a good 1-1/2 feet. The channel markers going through alligator bayou and almost under water in some places.

Add about another 1/2 foot to the rise of the lake at Marshall Brake, water here has not muddied what yet. The water is still draining from the ground & the rain is still coming.

Looks like Caddo was a blowout and that is where we will fish.....
