When fishing heavy vegatation like lily pads, I like to pitch a jig and pig into the holes.

When fishing over rip rap, I like to pitch a wacky rigged senko to the largest visible rocks there are.

     I like to fish a gambler Ugly Otter down the length of a lay down crawling it along teh trunk and over limbs out to the tree top. For sure I'll pull a fish off of it with the Otter.

When fishing boulders during heavy wind, I like to fish a paddle tail worm to the wind swept side.

When fishing weed lines, I like to throw a suspending crank bait that matches the bait fish in the lake along the weed lines, trying to pull the active fish from the weeds.

     I like to skip Gambler Ugly Otter way back up under a dock on sunny days T-rigged with a pegged 1/8 oz. tungsten weight. They just slide across the water it makes skipping easy. Even pitching it, it will skip.

     I like to work a crankbait down laydowns usually a bandit 100 series, put a crankbait wher others are working a spinnerbait.

     A belly weighted Ugly Otter around rip rap doesn't hang up and gives the fish a different gliding look around the rocks.

Under the cover of night, I like to fish a cavitron buzz bait around stumps and along shore lines.

Bridge pilings are good structure...flipping a worm to the piling and letting if fall straight down can be productive for both fish that are suspended and for fish that are on the bottom.

During summer months, working a carolina rigged worm or lizard is a good way to fish humps that are surrounded by deeper water with grass or brush.  I like to cast the rig to shallow water and work it to the deeper areas.
