Nitro 482 transom

Does anyone know if the 482 has wood in the transom or not?

I'm not sure but thought Nitro went away from wood years ago.  Hit there site up there is a 1-800# and you can check with them directly; been great everytime I've called them.

Is there an issue with your boat or were you just looking for info?

I drive an 07 482 and seem to recall hearing that there is no wood anywhere, and that the transom has some type of aluminum or steel reinforcement glassed into it.  If you are able to find out more please let us know.
