My daughter's first bass ever

Tried to post earlier with some difficulty with the attachment. Resized, etc. Trying again.

This was a couple months back, but was so proud of her that when I saw this discussion area, I had to post her up.

About 25 inches long and around 7 pounds. This was prespawn in southern GA. Would have like to have seen this one with eggs. May have pushed 8. Caught on a shiner, but was trying to introduce her to bass fishing, and I figured it was the easiest way rather than have her fight with using lures while trying to just cast a pole. Regardless, it rivals my PB and I have been bass fishing for near 30 years.

That is a hog for a first bass ever. I bet she is hooked for life. Thanks for sharing the picture and tell her congrats

The best way to upload photos is to use a host site like Photobucket.com or other. Do you have an account with one of these sites??

Wow how what a way to get hooked on Bass fishing.

Ya'll have some great ponds down in GA. I caught a lot of Bass down there Shinner fishing when I lived there years ago.

You know I was hooked and have a following addiction to bass fishing

and my first bass was almost 4 pounds. If it were a 7 pounder I would probably.... Well I couldn't imagine where I would be with my addiction.
