ignition key copy help

I have a 700LX with a tracker engine by mercury marine.  I'm trying to get a copy of my ignition key but all of my local stores tell me they dont have the right key.  The key says 2B which is the key blank I need but a google search online has left me high and dry.  I can't find anything online and was wondering if anyone has any advice.  I dont really need a key right now because I have one but I just want a copy for that just in case that may happen one day.

Best solution is to visit a locksmith shop (they can make just about any key ever made) or contact your boat dealer.

damn that simple.  Guess I had a brain fart.  Never even though about a locksmith.  Please forgive my ignorance.  LOL

Heck, it's even simpler than that.  Take your key to your local Mercury dealer.  There's only about 12 different keys made to fit a Mercury ignition switch!
