Bass World or Anglers Choice??

I think I will actually get to fish some real tournaments this summer.  As of right now I get Sundays off   I was going to join the local club and fish with them, but they put all there tournaments on Saturdays because of Anglers Choice and Bass World.

I work with a guy that used to fish Team Supreme and did well in them.  I think that he and I are going to fish together this summer.  I am just wondering from guys that have done both BWS or AC.  Is one run better then another or are they just about the same.  I see some guys fish both and some only fish one or the other.

I guess I should say that is if it warms up any this year

If i had to pick one i would fish anglers choice.  The pay out is better and it is run very well and it has a great end of the year classic if you choose to go fish it if you qualify for it

I haven't fished either of them, but if I had to pick one I would say Anglers Choice.  I might do them this year also.  Will see what the funds look like.

Thanks for your input guys, I was kind of leaning the way of Anglers Choice.  I have a few guys that I know that fish it.  Some of them fish better then others

thanks for the tip. Thats been the plan for sometime.  I figure if I win one I could lose all the rest and still break even.

With 4 days off a week insted of working 60 hours a week like I was last summer.  I might be able to get out and pre-fish more then once a month   I would think it might go better this way but who knows

I'd go with the Anglers Choice as well.

yadda yadda yadda  .  I actually found a pebble and when I was probing it with my football jig I felt an appendage which I blelieve to be a twig that comes up right next to it, I'm guessing maybe an inch or 2 high.  They moved to there.

Nope i am being serious anyone that has 7 days off and can fish even three full days of those should be able to get a check every weekend so i dont think that you should worry about the money fish and use your tournament winnings to pay for stuff..............

Well If I'm still layed off come end of april or may that will be the plan hopefully my buddy will get his tracker fixed so that we can take that rather than my gas pig.

just put in at a boat ramp that you are going to fish that area and go fishing and the next day go to another area you dont have to use any boat gas at all to prefish the mississippi river

Thats what I started doing last year.  Either that or just put in at big slough and fish spring lake everyday.    Not like you can't win tournaments in there.

That is what I did with my first boat.  It was nice fighting 20 mph winds in a 14' flatboat with only a 40# thrust trolling motor.  Great way to get some idea of how to fish   But I think I forgot all of those ideas after all this time.
