August 16 - What do you love or hate about fishing

eye love to watch the sea otters on lake Shelbyville dive down an dcome up with a fish then scamper into the brush,

I hate it when I pull up to a fishy lookin spot next to a cypress tree and some big stupid lizard slides off the bank and tries to eat my buzzbait.

I love the moments right before blast off in a tournament. Thoughts of what your going to do and what you're going to throw running through your mind, all the while your heart is racing in anticipation.

eye don't like it when ey go back into the brush and see something slither out of the tree into the water

I love chunking a big buzzbait across the surface of the water and all of a sudden seeing the water explode with a ferocious strike from a big bass.

I hate spooling line. It has to be done, but i hate doing it!

I love the fight after the hook is set.

i love idling into the ramp right before weigh in with a good bag of fish in the livewell.

I like catching a biggun' on the first cast.

i love hooking a good smallmouth in the river. No fish fights quite like a river smallie

I love putting a pattern together and having it produce for you in a tournament

Fishing as a co-angler I dislike boaters who park me under a tree so I can't even stand on the back deck.

I love the smell of bass in the morning!!

I hate it when you are throwing an expensive crankbait and getting it hung up then having to break your line because you couldnt free the bait.

I love fishing all night then watching the sun rise on the water.

I dislike getting caught in the locks and getting dq'd for missing weigh-in during tournaments.

I hate it when you're winning a tournament then the last bag to weigh up beats you.

[Tim]

I dislike when I get on fish during pre-fishing for a tournament and the boater refuses to go to them when they're not on fish and end up zeroing.

I like waiting until last to weigh-in - especially if I have a good bag

I like the use of polygraphs in tournaments.

I dislike weighing in dead fish.

[Tim]

I dislike being on fish and having another boat come right up and start fishing the same hole.

[Tim]

I love seeing the bass jump up out of the water.

[Tim]

(Flash Forward {optimism})  I love winning that new Ranger in a tournament.

i love to see my line jump when i"m fishing a senko. it means "fish on"
