anyone have any experience with a Ranger Cherokee 106?

I have/run a 1998 Ranger Cherokee 106 (I believe they may have been actually built by Genmar/Crestliner back then)...

What I'm considering doing is looking at the feasibility of 're-decking' and adding a rod storage box...but before I dive into the project, I was wanting to 'know' as much as I can about placement of metal cross=braces/members....things that might get in the way/limit length of a rod box (need 7 feet)...

Anyone ever participate in a re=deck/re=do project on one of these boats?

Does anyone have an old 1996 ranger catalogue with images that they could scan or photo and share?
