I've seen trout tourneys on TV where they're allowed to keep only one fish and no culling, so when they catch a fish they have to decide whether or not they want to risk bettering that fish and releasing it, or standing on the one they just caught...how would you feel about high-level bass tourneys being run the same way?

A local boy recently brought in a 7.44 lb bass which would have been big bass in a three day tournament ($100,000 fish) but failed the polygraph and was disqualified.   What's your opinion of polygraph testing in tournaments?

How many days in advance do you spend on a lake you haven't fished prior to a tourney?

Do your sponsors provide your rods and reels?  Would you consider culling your old rods and reels this way?

I have noticed that a lot of the structure types that used to hold good numbers of fish when we only had native bass (In south , La. Tex. Ark.) do not seem to hold fish anymore. Would you contribute this to Florida bass, fishing pressure, lakes getting older or am I dreaming?
