The Last Straw and The Last Warning

To those of you who have been pushing the envelope this is the last warning. The staff have been given permission to ban anyone that participates in the process of the for sale threads here in the Tackle Box board.

You know who you are so there will be no names listed here. This is truly the last warning.

If you participate in a for sale thread at all, either by posting photos of baits with the intention of showing them off to sell them, asking how much, where can I buy those baits, by saying that you have purchased them or anything as such that would lead someone to think that the baits are for sale rather than to show off something that was home made (which is what this board was meant for) you will be ban on the moderators suggestion.

The moderators suggestion may be a day, week or indefinite.


Just in case some of you are wondering why I am stepping in now, I will explain it as easy as I possibly can.

Some of you have PM Notifications turned on. This is so that when a member here on the site sends you a PM, the site sends you an email letting you know that you have a new PM. In that Notification that you get in your email it also contains the message. It also contains a line of text that is a warning... I marked it in red. (sample below)

If you will notice, the return address on the email is . That is my email address. Wait...... Do I need to say that again for everyone! It is my email address. So if the person that is getting the notification doesn't read the warning and they reply to the email, with the warning message in it then I GET THE EMAIL!

I go through my email and click delete one right after another first thing in the morning and I rarely stop to check anything out because I don't figure it is any of my business but when my mods are having to waste time on two people who can't read the rules, want to interpret them to their own benefit, have NO RESPECT for MY BOARD, and who have caused this productive board to all but stop being posted in I TOOK NOTICE when I got to one that had your username plastered on it.

So needless to say I have seen some of your wonderful lets do this on the sly behind the scenes stuff going on. I don't like it.

I believe that enough time has been waisted on trying to explain the rules and why they are in place. If you don't want to follow them go elsewhere. This message is to be questioned or rebutted. It stands as is. Follow the rules or be ban.

What this board was meant for:

The "Tackle Box" area was created to offer a place to learn and show off home made items. All items that are being shown off should be accompanied with specific detailed instructions of how the bait was built, painted, or assembled.
