Friday Night Football

[Bountiful Waters]

I have been on edge all day. I am an assistant high school football coach and tonight is a huge night. We are currently 6-0 playing another 6-0 team. One of 4 games in Indiana tonight where undefeated teams are matched up. I can't think straight. If I seemed offensive to anyone today, I apologize. Football is another passion of mine and this game is a big one for us.

Anyone else coach football?

You have the best  job.....

If your already 6-0 then there's really nothing to do but just to remind your players to have fun and leave everything on the field. Good  Luck let me know how you'll do.

Dont coach but fell in love witht he game my Freshman year of Highschool. And have been fortunate enough to be able to play at the next level. And your not sounding offensive at all. Just make sure your players have the right mind set when they get under those lights tonight. And they play every snap like it could be their last. Its all about focus and execution. Let them know that Friday Night Lights are the best days of your life. College ball is great but nothing can replace Friday night under the lights in your home town.
