yeah but you're fishing a river with a slow current compared to what I'm fishing...the Kankakee in Indiana...is very straight in many places due to the Army Corps of Engineers messing with it...and the current is very fast with strong undertows.

theres a hole right below the dam lip that they really law in a buddy commercial fishes out there.
