Life Long Dream - someone else sharing their experiences, what a great deal!

As a relatively new member to this site, i have chosen to speak of a topic in which the signifigance is astronomical personally.  Rather than replying to useless topics (if there is such a thing) I would like to open a discussion on a life long dream of mine.  I gradutated from a Big Ten University in 2004.  From their i proceeded into a sales job.  The level of success i experienced in outside sales catipulted my job title from outside sales to regional manager in less than 5 years.  What am i getting at?  Well you can make great money in this world and be as successful as ever but what if your heart isn't behind the product?  Well it wasn't!  As a result I am choosing to put my sales success and passion for fishing and outdoors together to establish my very own independent rep company.  I'd like initially to work with companies that aren't Berkley or Quantum.  I want to work with companies that are new to the market and giving 300% to make their name stick in the market.  Why this post?  I am writing this post to see if i can build any friendships with folks that promote, represent, sell, or manage fishing lures, rods, reels, boats etc etc.
